The Lose The Back Pain System

Lose The Back Pain System

Lose Your Back Pain

If you are looking for a natural back pain relief treatment, in the privacy of your own home, then this program is for you.

Chronic lower back pain can be excruciating and debilitating. Simple tasks of picking up the grandchildren or even a toy from the floor can seem impossible. Activities of daily living are limited and car rides are even worse.

Healthy Back Institute and Jesse Cannone

For over 15 years, Jesse Cannone , co-founder of The Healthy Back Institute, has been helping patients get significant and permanent back pain relief. He is a frequent guest on major television and radio programs and he is very sort after when it comes to delivering the right information on chronic back pain treatments.

Muscle Balance Therapy

In his Lose the Back Pain program, he has developed unique Muscle Balance Therapy regimen. Jesse’s program starts with the core of the problem, unlike many conventional back pain treatment options, he shows you core strengthening exercises for lower back pain.

For many other types of treatments, including pharmaceutical pain relievers, chiropractic and physical therapy, the patient is expected to undergo any number of “treatment regimens” that often, not always, only provides temporary symptom relief. This is especially true if the treatment does not continue as in the case of visiting the physical therapist or chiropractor.

Natural Back Pain Relief

Surgery, which is not only extremely costly, is associated with an extensive recovery period and often a failure rate of 60% or greater. Why subject your body to anything other than a treatment program like Lose the Back Pain that is 100% natural, gets to the root of the problem and at a fraction of the cost for even half of one chiropractic session!

Stretches and Back Pain Exercises At Home

All the bases are covered. In the Lose the Back Pain Program, Jesse provides you everything you need to self-diagnose and choose the appropriate treatment regimen to begin your back pain exercises at home, using his ‘Muscle Balance Therapy’ techniques.

These exercises will help with:

  • Sciatica and chronic low back pain
  • Herniated disc problems
  • Arthritis and joint pain
  • Scoliosis, neck pain and more.

It’s the muscles and not the joints or vertebra actually causing the pain and this is exactly what is addressed.

Over time, our bodies adjust to everything; sports activities, repetitious activities, sitting and standing positions. For every position we take, there is a muscle position the body endures. If the bones begin to move and the muscles aren’t adjusted correctly, pain is likely to occur.

  • The Lose the Back Pain exercises and stretches, adjusts the muscle tone and strength accordingly to ease the pain.

Updated: November 2010. I would just like to add, that since promoting Jesse’s program, I have experienced chronic low back pain due to an injury, causing a bulging disc and sciatic nerve pain and was advised by my back specialist to rest and visit numerous therapists and chiropractors.

Naturally I took his advise and not my own…I later decided to do Jesse’s back pain program as nothing else was working for me. I can honestly say it is the best chronic low back pain treatment option I could have chosen.

Updated: August 2012. I have been promoting this system for years now and still do! I would also like to add, I have never had surgery and would do what Jesse told me in an instant.

Months ago I suffered from an injury to my back. My doctor’s advised me I had a bulging disc too. It did not turn out to be a herniated disc, thank goodness, but the pain was still excruciating. Now, months later, I am suffering with chronic back pain and have been advised that a bulging disc can take months to heal, even 1-2 years and to be patient.

I have been looking for my own suitable back pain treatments for finding relief and think this sounds just what I need. Thanks.

    • Hi Neil,

I can honestly say that giving this system a try will definitely help you. Chronic back pain is something we can all do without and Jesse shows you how.

  2. I have serious back issues for twenty years. Ten years ago I had L3 – L4 disectomy, but since around Halloween of 2010, I have been in constant pain. I did have an MRI, and the doctor said I have a herniated disc. Now, I can barely make it threw work and get home and lay down. That is all I can do. I have read ” The 7 Day Back Pain Cure Book”, very informative. Hoping this will help me, but not sure if I am too heavily injured. This affects your mind also about self worth.

    • Hi Tom,

I totally understand what you are saying about how it affects you mentally. I have seen grown men cry through the sheer frustration (myself included) through lack of mobility and doing what they once could without pain.

Firstly if you have herniated your disc, you are doing well even getting to work! Many people are bed-ridden for months.

I am sure you have been told all the things that you can do to help yourself, either through your doctor or by using a program like the ‘Lose the Back Pain’ system.

Remember to reduce any inflammation in the area. This will take off any unwanted pressure on any of your extra sensitive nerves. (Cold therapy or cold packs, are excellent for reducing inflammation, so don’t reach for the comforting heat pad right now.)

Also a gentle 10 minute walk a day is probably all your doctor has advised you to do…if you can. You are not too heavily injured to recover. You are though, seriously injured. Do not expect too much from yourself. It is a very serious injury and a slow healing one. Herniated discs are one of the slowest healing injuries, hence why people suffer with chronic back pain for months or years.

Just yesterday I was told, a big, very fit young man in his early thirties (that I know personally), has herniated a disc in his lower back. He doesn’t even know how it happened and his back specialist has booked him in for surgery.

So it doesn’t matter how old we are, or whether we have suffered from back pain for years, it can affect anyone at anytime. Plus I have seen and heard stories, that would make you believe that anything is possible when it comes to real life back pain cures.

      Charles

I saw this on your Facebook page and thought it sounded like a great program. When I went to look at the program further I was impressed to say the least.

I just have a couple of questions…do you still think this program is the best?

Sometimes people change their mind so I just thought I’d ask.
